Keyword "integratedSecurity" error on XDSRegistry

I'm getting a keyword "integratedSecurity" error on registerDocumentSet transaction. The error says  "keyword not supported 'integratedsecurity'". I doublechecked my sql2008 and windows authentication works. I'm logging in on a domain. How do I fix this error? thanks a lot.

btw, my registry config file has the connectionstring like this:

<connectionStrings>

		<add name="XDSRegistry" connectionString="Database=XDSRegistryDB;server=(local);IntegratedSecurity=SSPI;enlist=true;"
           providerName="System.Data.SqlClient" />
		<add name="ATNA" connectionString="Database=XDSRegistryDB;server=(local);IntegratedSecurity=SSPI;enlist=true;"
           providerName="System.Data.SqlClient" />
		 <add name="CONSTRING" connectionString="Database=XDSRegistryDB;server=(local);IntegratedSecurity=SSPI;enlist=true;"
           providerName="System.Data.SqlClient" />
	</connectionStrings>

Sorry, forgot that integrated security should be two words. Another question is do I have to add domainname\XDSAdmin and the password to SQL server login?
